Where are you based?
We are based in Essex, England
How are your products shipped?
We ship your purchase with the courier DHL/YODEL. Each shipment is insured, has to be signed for and takes approximately 2-3 working
days for arrival unless otherwise stated or if requested sooner.
How much do the photos cost?
We sell all of the photos individually for £5.00 UK sterling each. Frame prices vary
depending on the size and style of frame. You are not required to purchase a frame
through us, however we do have this option available.
Do the photos come in colour?
The majority collection of our photos are sepia-toned. However, we do offer some 'Las Vegas' taken colour prints which you will find in the drop down menus when you are creating your word.
Check back soon, as you never know what we are going to do next. If there is a high demand for colour photos, we will make them more available!
Are the "words" created into one larger photo?
No, all of the photos are sold separately. The purpose of the "create a word" tool is just so you can see how your
photos will look once they are put together in a frame.
Can I buy them pre-framed?
Yes. We are happy to provide a high quality UK made product. All of our frames are hand-crafted by professional framers. To view our
frame selection choose the "Add a frame" option when creating a word.
What size are the photographs?
As standard we offer 6'' x 4'' photographs. If you wish for something different, larger or smaller, on canvas, etc etc, please email your request and we will do our best to help.
